CONSIGNOR: McNabb Livestock - (307) 250-0900 REGISTERED: GRADE   LOCATION: Cody, Wyoming  COLOR: Chestnut AGE: 2021 GENDER: Gelding If you’re looking for a stout horse with thick bone and size but don’t want to climb on a tall horse, then take a look at Otter Pop! This good-looking 5-year-old Quarter Pony Draft X gelding stands 13.3 hands tall, weighs 1,050 pounds, and wears a size 1 shoe. His also has super unique markings. He’s the perfect size to carry an adult or pack the kids around, and although he’s only 5, he rides around like a horse twice his age. Otter Pop is gentle, willing, and easy to get along with. He’s sure-footed in the roughest terrain, smooth in all gaits, and goes where you point him. He’s a trail horse deluxe and the kind you can saddle up and enjoy.  If you’re involved with the Back Country Horsemen and spend your days clearing trails, or just enjoy trail riding you’ll appreciate his size. He’s stout enough to carry a man and his gear, yet short enough to make getting on and off all day a whole lot easier. He’s also the perfect size for a pack horse. He’s friendly and easy to catch. Our kids enjoy riding him, they ride him double to go bring in the cows and he is so patient will all their silliness.  Not only is he a fabulous mountain trail horse but he is great in the arena too. Our 12yr old rides him English and enjoys taking him over jumps. He knows his leads and lopes nice circles. He goes through the obstacle course with ease. Otter Pop is just so much fun and willing to do anything you ask of him. Whether you’re riding the mountain trails, doing a some ranch work, or just enjoying an afternoon horseback, Otter Pop is a handy little horse to have around.
